I had Sunshine Flooring came out to make a bid on my (small) flooring repair and refinishing project. David was prompt with his responses answering all my questions and even anticipating some I hadn't thought to ask. He shared his experienced perspective on how we could approach our floors and was able to provide an estimate extremely quickly after an on-site visit. While we ultimately chose to go with another vendor who offered a different finish we wanted to try, I would highly recommend giving Sunshine Flooring an opportunity to bid on your project.

Dave and team were outstanding. I really appreciate the quality of work and flexibility throughout the remodel of our older home. We had to make many adjustments to the floor install date based on other parts of the remodel and Dave always made sure to have his crew ready once we were getting close. We love the look of our new floors and custom heat registers. His team came back to polish up a few areas post move in. Overall, great communication, quality materials, and clearly superb installation in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Dave, especially for large scale and complex projects like ours.

David Gilbert and everyone at Sunshine Flooring were truly wonderful to work with in getting our floors refinished. David gave us clear choices, provided a detailed contract, worked within the proposed time frame. Beto. Luis, and Lorenzo were incredibly efficient and knowledgeable.in repairing and refinishing the floors. And the movers, Jon and Kelly, were astonishing in the speed and efficiency of moving our furniture out and back and they were wonderfully fun and considerate.
