I found out about Rafael Floors from the great reviews they have. I was looking for carpet in my 3 bedrooms and hallway of my condo. I looked at a few places that didn’t cut it. When I went to Rafael Floors and spoke with Robert Gomez, I was really impressed with his knowledge about flooring and carpeting. It was obvious he had decades of experience. I told him what I was looking for, and he answered a bunch of questions I had about carpet, quality, and the selection. I went home with several samples to check out how they looked in the different light throughout the day. These folks did a beautiful installing our new carpet. The design showroom was helpful & patient while I picked out our carpeting, and the install team was on time, clean, accommodating, and very easy to work with. We couldn't be happier.

Big thanks to Steve at Rafael Floors!Due to a pipe burst flood in June, we have had no flooringin our house for three months. Not ideal with a wife and toddler...Our dawdling insurance company was unableto help us with a flooring Vendor (frustrating!)Finally, I stopped in to Rafael Floors with my wife.
