“This review is long overdue! We had a water leak during the holidays and had to rip out all of our existing flooring. We did our research and ended up at Dicks Carpet One in Oakland! Upon walking in - Joe greeted us and the rest is history. We had ZERO knowledge about what we wanted but he took the time to chat with us and recommend products that makes sense for our household. Over the span of 1 month - we borrowed samples and really dug deep into figuring out what works for our space. Joe's customer service is A1! There were a few situations where we had to bother him over the weekend and he was more than happy to help us. We love our LVP flooring and we couldn't have done it without Joe's help! GO SEE JOE!“
