They know when I pull up what my pickup is and begin retrieving it without a phone number ( that’s how most customers retrieve their pickup). “I brought a few jackets to this place, and wow! I don’t know what kind of magic they performed, but the jackets look even better than when I bought them. One of them was a grey Frame puffer that had been through a lot. I’d wear it for dog walks and often stuffed treats in the pockets. The pockets had brown stains from the treats (yuck), the bottom of the sleeves was grimy, and the collar was dirty with makeup. I thought I was saying goodbye to it. But I got back what looked like a brand-new jacket! I’m so happy. They’re pricey, but you get what you pay for.“

When I picked the jacket up the jacket was zipped up and enclosed in plastic and somehow the zipper tab was broken. They kindly offered to fix it and I thought that was fantastic customer support. That was a quick resolution to the problem. I believe the tab somehow broke off during the cleaning process.
