Issue resolved. I recently made a complaint involving Yunis Chung the owner addressed the issue and I’m completely Satisfied I was able to speak with Yunis Chung today and we both apologized to each other for the confusion looking forward to continue to support this business for my dry cleaning.
For a long time my only contact at Vogue was Linda. Her kindness and professionalism brought me back over and over gain. I can’t think of any other person being more friendly and efficient. As long as Linda is my first contact at Vogue I would never even consider going anywhere else. She is the heart and the soul of Vogue. Thank you, Linda,
Uwe
