“I have experienced good customer service here. Sure, sometimes I've waited a few minutes for a call to wrap up, but seriously life is not so urgent (for me at least) that I can't manage a few minutes of waiting while a clerk is on a call. Today there was a mix up with my clothing and my husband said the items were not there when he went. I called and asked about the mixup and they brought the overlooked items to me because they are closed on Sunday and I am flying out Monday early a.m. That gesture was so above and beyond what I Norma experience in retail and service that I was inspired to write them a review. Thank you SBDC for your exemplary service :)“

“Buying jeans that fit just right has always been tricky for me - either too long in the leg area or too wide in the waist area; despite following a brand's size chart. I brought 3 pairs of jeans from Citizens of Humanity and Agolde to Wah's Fashion for hemming and adjusting the waist. Wah's is the only alteration studio I've been to that can hem my jeans while keeping the "distressed"/original hem. They're the only studio I've been to that can adjust the waist and match the thread color to the jean's original thread (see photo). Depending on how quickly you need your alterations done, I've had no issue with Wah's getting my fixes done by the date I need.Highly recommend Wah's Fashion for all your alteration/tailoring needs -- my jeans look like they were made just for me and I'm so happy with how they turned out. PS - Wah's has worked with Steph and Ayesha Curry several times for their tailoring too :)“

“Above and beyond! I didn't realize All Seasons was usually closed on Monday. I was leaving for a business trip and needed to get my dry cleaning to travel. When I messaged the shop just to ask if there was a chance someone happened to be there, the owner insisted on coming in to the store to enable me to pick it up. Truly amazing. She also tried to refuse a more-than-deserved tip. Truly incredible customer service. (And great dry cleaning!)“

“The owner's name is Genny (yes, with a "G"). She exudes poise and friendliness as soon as you walk through the door. She greets with a smile and tries to take care of her customers quickly.I have used Martini Cleaners several times now. The first time was for cleaning delicate party clothes (with sequins and custom-jewelry buttons), a man's suit, sweater, and a pair of pants with lining. I was pleased with how the clothes turned out - clean and ironed properly, especially with the pants! The dry-cleaning is done off-premise by other family members, so expect the clothes to be treated with the personal attention that is inherent to a family-run business.The second time I used Martini cleaners, I asked for Genny's help to shorten two pairs of bootlegged pants. I was delighted to see the transformation - they had the perfect length and seemed professionally tailored. In my most recent visit, Genny didn't even charge me for replacing a cracked button. Martini not only provides good value (as echoed in other reviews) but also delivers high quality cleaning and alteration services.Don't be surprised if your clothes turn out looking almost like new.“

“So convenient always reliable. They used to have a drive-thru location at Larkspur Landing aka Marin Country Mart where Shake Shack took over. Glad they still operate this location as a drive-thru. Just drive up from A Street, and an employee will greet you. They are always friendly and efficient, quick in and out service. Closed on Sundays. “I feel so lucky to have run into this dry cleaning service 7 years ago - and ever since then, I have problem switching to any other dry cleaners - because the owner, Golf, is such a sweetheart. Every time I visited her shop, she would always put on a big smile. Most importantly, she would always go that extra mile - I mean, some of my sweaters/jumpers are kind of old and might already have some lint, Golf/her workers would help me trim those away, which then made my sweaters look brand new - and they did it without me even asking! Needless to say, this is at no cost to me. This is the best dry cleaner I have ever come across and I am so glad they survived the pandemic.“
