This is my first complaint on yelp. I tried to call and speak with the business directly and it ended with her literally hanging up on me after talking over me and not answering any more questions. I wanted to write a review after a bad experience two years ago, and I didn't. They confirmed with me that dry cleaning would be ready on a certain date, and then the same person avoided accountability when I showed up and they weren't ready. Hugely disappointing since the previous owners retired and sold. Night and day. I will spare you the details. I truly do not recommend. We used to see and talk to the owners, a Chinese couple and their daughter. The best. Have no idea who owns it now but they are definitely not around. Avoid. Patronize the true local cleaners who are here in Mill Valley.

This is the second time I experience disappointment with these new owners. This place is not run like it use to. Today we picked up our dry cleaning and there was a belt missing on a very expensive dress that I will be wearing at a wedding. The dress is not wearable without its' matching belt. I left them a message asking them to find it and deliver it by Tuesday morning as we are leaving town and I need the dress to take with me for the wedding. I asked them to reimburse me for the dress if they don't find the belt.
