“Been a long time customer of this establishment. The workers there are very nice and efficient. They know when I pull up what my pickup is and begin retrieving it without a phone number ( that’s how most customers retrieve their pickup). The speed of turn around is far better than other cleaners. If you drop off during the morning it will be ready after 5:00 the same day”

“I brought a few jackets to this place, and wow! I don’t know what kind of magic they performed, but the jackets look even better than when I bought them. One of them was a grey Frame puffer that had been through a lot. I’d wear it for dog walks and often stuffed treats in the pockets. The pockets had brown stains from the treats (yuck), the bottom of the sleeves was grimy, and the collar was dirty with makeup. I thought I was saying goodbye to it. But I got back what looked like a brand-new jacket! I’m so happy. They’re pricey, but you get what you pay for.”

“I took my down jacket to Miller Cleaners to be dry cleaned. When I dropped it off the jacket was unzipped. When I picked the jacket up the jacket was zipped up and enclosed in plastic and somehow the zipper tab was broken. They kindly offered to fix it and I thought that was fantastic customer support. That was a quick resolution to the problem. I believe the tab somehow broke off during the cleaning process. I just moved back to Mill Valley and it’s great to know I now have a cleaners to go to that I can rely on. Thanks for the great job Miller Cleaners.”

I have taken 10 pieces (suit jackets, dresses, wool coats, shirts) over a couple different times to this dry cleaners and have had a great experience. The owner took great care of my clothes and me. One of my pieces hadn’t been cleaned for quite a while and needed to be run a second time and he did it for me without any hesitation. His prices are very reasonable in relation to the quality of his dry cleaning services. I highly recommend this dry cleaner.”
