I feel compelled to write a review after taking 3 cashmere sweaters here and having them ruined. One came back with huge holes in the arm and the other two were completely stretched out - the back is way longer than the front, the body much too big and the arms half way over my hands. The texture of the sweaters also feels very different. I had to throw the sweater with very large holes away and the other two I hand washed but could not get them back to their original shape. I have never had this experience before.

I love this spot.They do dry cleaning, rug cleaning, and alterations. (Maybe other things too.)I took a full length dress (with a train, and very weird fabric) to them to hem the bottom and they did a stellar job. I took a coat to them as well, and they did another flawless alteration. They have also done a great job the times I’ve had things dry cleaned.
