When I picked the jacket up the jacket was zipped up and enclosed in plastic and somehow the zipper tab was broken. They kindly offered to fix it and I thought that was fantastic customer support. That was a quick resolution to the problem. I believe the tab somehow broke off during the cleaning process. I just moved back to Mill Valley and it’s great to know I now have a cleaners to go to that I can rely on. Thanks for the great job Miller Cleaners.”
