Their attention to detail during the installation process was remarkable, and the end result speaks volumes about their dedication to quality. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new Gaia flooring! Absolutely amazing service from start to finish!! Nick and his team were professional, on time, and responsive. I can’t say enough about how great my floors came out. They look absolutely amazing! I recommend them highly without reservation!

Absolute class-act outfit, operated by owners with integrity and experience. Called Brian in for a quote, and he showed up with his business partner and broke down in clear, honest, language what had happened to the floor installed by another outfit in town. Gave multiple options for a fix, and had a quote in my inbox the same day. After a hand-off to Shane for scheduling and coordination, everything continued to run smoothly. Couldn't be happier with the finished product, and everyone involved. Look, they already have 31 5 star reviews, and I still felt it was worth adding this one.
