“Stanley and his crew did a great flooring job on my two story home here in Folsom, my old carpeting was 25 years old and I needed to replace 2200 sqft feet of it with new flooring, we chose McMillan because is was so much thicker than any of the others and the installation went very well. We had two staircases to refloor in addition to the 6 other rooms and a long hallway and everything was done to our satisfaction. I would use them again.“

I also have to give a huge shoutout to Daniel Baker, whose kindness and consideration during this process were truly remarkable. He became a constant presence throughout the renovation and consistently went above and beyond to help, even in situations where he absolutely did not have to. To say he is one of the best members of their team would be a colossal understatement.

“We had no idea why our 3 y/o LVP was shredding and coming up. Dave provided clarity to the issue in a well written report. This was extremely helpful in obtaining a resolution with the subcontractor. * If you have flooring issues, call Dave. You need an expert on your side. DO NOT HAVE YOUR FLOORING COMPANY SEND THIER OWN INSPECTOR FOR FREE. They will not be able to divulge their findings. Please contact your own inspector, and pay for him yourself. It's well worth the money! Dave is very knowledgeable and kind, and he will help you understand the problem at hand in order to prevent future failures.“
