All United Flooring Inc. receives fantastic customer service and is highly recommended. The owners, Joe and Pablo, are extremely kind, patient, and genuinely committed to helping customers make the right choices, treating them with respect and care. They walk customers through every option without any pressure. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, with Anthony going above and beyond. He is more than knowledgeable, always knows what customers are talking about, and if they don't have it in the store, he knows where and how to get it, and quick too. The store offers a great selection of tile and reasonable, fair pricing, with honest guidance. The possibilities are endless for home or business projects. They also refer customers to some of the best contractors in the area. A general contractor has used Anthony, Pablo, and Joe for 15 years and never looks anywhere else, as they understand service like no other supplier and their prices allow flexibility. Customers will not go anywhere else for their projects.
All United is a terrific store with a huge selection of wood, tile, and other flooring options. They're reasonably priced and, better yet, are professional but friendly, patient, and very helpful. I went to All United many times, trying to decide on flooring. Tony, Pablo, and Joe were always willing to answer my questions and I never felt pressured. This tile store truly deserves 5 stars. Their customer service is exceptional — the owners (Joe & Pablo) are extremly kind, patient, and genuinely committed to helping you make the right choices. They treated me with so much respect and care, walking me through every option without any pressure. On top of that, they were kind enough to refer me to some of the best contractors in the area, which made my project so much easier. Fair pricing, honest guidance, and wonderful people. Hands down one of the best places in the valley for flooring. Anthony is more then knowledgeable, always knows what I'm talking about, and if they don't have it there in the store, he knows where and how to get it, and quick too.
