We met Cody at a home show and scheduled an appointment for him to come to our home and give an estimate. The company called/texted a few times leading up to our appointment to confirm, and on the day of, Cody was exactly on time. He was very personable and took time to get to know us. He was professional and really sold the parts of the company that were important to us - communication, reliability, safety. It was clear he truly believes in the company he’s representing, not just “doing a job.”
We ended up not agreeing to go with the company after that first meeting simply because he was the first one we met with and wanted to do more research, but the other 2 companies we made appointments with at the same home show never showed up! We called Cody back and scheduled an appointment to officially have Rebuildit come replace our carpet with laminate flooring!
Just had a great interview with Rich Walton regarding a tub to walking shower conversion. He was very knowledgeable with all the choices we had before us. Rich answered all our questions and discussed with us options we had in mind. What impressed us was that this was a family business and lifetime warranties were available for the materials and labor. We had considered to interview 3 other companies, but decided the search was over with the extremely prepared presentation Rich provided.
Cody, Rebuilt's consultant, was great in evaluating our bathroom remodeling needs and recommending various options for us to choose. He was very knowledgeable of the process and worked with us on the timing of the project start. Highly recommend Cody.
