“These guys did an amazing job! Our kitchen looks so beautiful, it's even better in real life than in the catalog. The cabinets are all perfect! The whole remodeling (demolishing and installation) was done fast, efficient, clean. There was not a speck of dust near the kitchen! We were impressed how professional the whole process went. Before we started remodeling, we were prepared for a month or even longer period of inconvenience but it did not happen! The whole process (with the cabinets) took three and a half days! We are very pleased with the result and thankful to Andrey Chiley who is a responsible and trustworthy person.“

“We shopped MSI recently looking for granite for a kitchen remodel. We shopped there mostly looking for a plan B when another vendor closer to us was having some uncertainty about having the number of slabs of our first choice granite that we expect to need for our project. Kansi helped us and was super helpful and friendly. They have some really unusual granite and quartzite products we had seen nowhere else. They sell wholesale to fabricators so would not give us any price information to us directly, but our contractor was able to determine if a specific product fell within our budget allowance once we picked a product. The website has a very nice tool to visualize many of their products in your room. We did not buy from MSI as the closer vendor was able to get our first choice product in sufficient quantity. However, we would definitely consider MSI for future work. They also carry some prefabricated products if a project does not need a full slab, which apparently can keep costs down when project parameters are appropriate for that. “We remodeled our kitchen a few months ago. I am giving a 5 star review based on the time and supply chain issues. We contacted several companies on Yelp. Because of the supply chain issue, The first company said we would have to wait 9 months to start the job. The other companies said 3-6 months out. AMCP said 2-4 weeks and we started in 3 weeks. First of all, all of the work was excellent. That included the granite counter top production and installation, installation of appliances, adding the pull out shelves w soft closing, cleanup, patching up from demolition, and the small of carpentry work. I would rate the installation of the tile backsplash very good. Part of the problem was the framing metal. I don't think the corner of the shulers (sp.) came out as well as I expected. Otherwise the tile work was excellent. If I had one overall complaint, it would be the timing of the process. Because of supply chain issues, there were disruptions that delayed the project a little. I discussed this issue w Vadim and he informed me that he was going to add a supervisor. I think the project would have proceeded faster if someone would have been able to adjust the schedule of work order in order to reduce the down time. We loved our granite and there was enough extra granite to add two countertops to a bathroom and hallway. Normally this would have gone to waste. As expected our appliances were late. Vadim installed all of them except the refrigerator, which was delayed and I had the appliance company install it. They cleaned up after work every day. I am very happy with the finished product given we did not replace the cabinets and just had them painted. Overall, I would rate them as excellent. As with any project, there were unforeseen issues. Vadim would listen and address them. We are very happy with our finished product. We enjoy an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and modern appliances.“

“Chris is great, he was easy to schedule with, and the quality of work is exceptional. We simply wanted to replace some VCT tiles at our business, do-it-yourself style and quickly discovered some foundation issues. I needed it fixed quick. Chris staid ALL night (not that he wants me putting that expectation out there;) because the job was way worse than anyone thought- but he got it done on time and on budget. Thanks, Chris!“

“I wish I would have found this wonderful company first. After getting burned by a big box brand with terrible subcontractors I was left with an unfinished terrible flooring job. The box brand left my floors unfinished while they took several weeks to decide next steps due to their contractors errors. No longer willing to walk on subfloor I called Bonafide Flooring Design and explained the situation. He came out the next day and got my flooring put down and done properly. The whole experience was night and day from my 6 month nightmare with the other company. Ruben came on time, was polite, professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. Run from the big box brand with poor subcontractors and stick with the professional small business who truly knows how business should be done. When I am ready to redo the floors throughout the home this will be the first place I call. Great customer service, quick response time,
professional, and knows what they are doing. You can’t go wrong with Bonafide Flooring design.“

“Well, Tom Sullivan was right. Use Blue Valley floors! We had our entire house converted to Red Oak Hardwood. We had some “existing hardwood”, also Red Oak, that we were concerned would be a difficult color match. No problem for BVF, it came out a perfect match. You can’t tell the Existing from the New! One of the biggest reasons we used BVF was because they could get the job done a week earlier than the competition. This was extremely important to our overall remodel project. We needed a complete roof rebuild, including new trusses, tile roofing, exterior stucco and painting, interior drywall and texturing, and lighting.

That arrived on time the morning of and promptly got to work removing the old carpet and baseboards. The majority of the 3 rooms were completed pretty quickly! They then discovered the estimator had under measured and they were short floor boards. The subcontractor searched high and low, found more and brought them to our house so the project could be finished. We were not charged for the extra materials.
