“Stanley and his crew did a great flooring job on my two story home here in Folsom, my old carpeting was 25 years old and I needed to replace 2200 sqft feet of it with new flooring, we chose McMillan because is was so much thicker than any of the others and the installation went very well. We had two staircases to refloor in addition to the 6 other rooms and a long hallway and everything was done to our satisfaction. I would use them again.“

“I wish I would have found this wonderful company first. After getting burned by a big box brand with terrible subcontractors I was left with an unfinished terrible flooring job. The box brand left my floors unfinished while they took several weeks to decide next steps due to their contractors errors. No longer willing to walk on subfloor I called Bonafide Flooring Design and explained the situation. He came out the next day and got my flooring put down and done properly. The whole experience was night and day from my 6 month nightmare with the other company. Ruben came on time, was polite, professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. “Had Simply Restored out in December to deep clean our master shower and repair the grout and caulking. Josh was the tech who did the work and he was great. Explained the entire process step-by-step and then did really high quality work. Our grout and caulking looks like new and all soap scum was completely removed from the tiles. He also extended our grout to cover our separate tub, which was a nice plus. Josh was very friendly and efficient.

Also, Kyle was very responsive in getting us the estimate, very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them for any grout or caulking work and would definitely use them again when repairs are needed.“

“Artisan, craftsman, trusted professional. That is Leontin Gavris. We just completed another major remodel with him and his sons and could not be more thrilled with our new master bath. We have trusted Galleria Kitchens and Baths for about a decade now (including kitchen, laundry and guest bath remodels, as well as other projects), and will continue to rely on their expertise and skill with any construction in our home. It is rare to find contractors who are honest, show integrity, and take deep pride in their craft. Leontin does not cut corners, and insists on doing things the right way. Nicoletta is a true gem. She has a wonderful eye for space, even in challenging layouts. Her creativity made my wife's vanity space a beautiful reality in our new bath. Nicoletta also knows her materials (marble, tile, etc.) and we've come to rely on her expertise in that area. Most notably, both Nicoletta and Leontin are simply wonderful humans. They have raised a wonderful family of sons, three of whom are apprenticing with their father in the business. The focus on and pride they have for their family says a lot about how they run Galleria Kitchens and Baths. “We remodeled our kitchen a few months ago. I am giving a 5 star review based on the time and supply chain issues. We contacted several companies on Yelp. Because of the supply chain issue, The first company said we would have to wait 9 months to start the job. The other companies said 3-6 months out. AMCP said 2-4 weeks and we started in 3 weeks. First of all, all of the work was excellent. That included the granite counter top production and installation, installation of appliances, adding the pull out shelves w soft closing, cleanup, patching up from demolition, and the small of carpentry work. I would rate the installation of the tile backsplash very good. Part of the problem was the framing metal. I don't think the corner of the shulers (sp.) came out as well as I expected. Otherwise the tile work was excellent. If I had one overall complaint, it would be the timing of the process. Because of supply chain issues, there were disruptions that delayed the project a little. I discussed this issue w Vadim and he informed me that he was going to add a supervisor. I think the project would have proceeded faster if someone would have been able to adjust the schedule of work order in order to reduce the down time. We loved our granite and there was enough extra granite to add two countertops to a bathroom and hallway. Normally this would have gone to waste. As expected our appliances were late. Vadim installed all of them except the refrigerator, which was delayed and I had the appliance company install it. They cleaned up after work every day. I am very happy with the finished product given we did not replace the cabinets and just had them painted. Overall, I would rate them as excellent. As with any project, there were unforeseen issues. Vadim would listen and address them. We are very happy with our finished product. We enjoy an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and modern appliances.“
