Tiffany , called and informed me they would be out next day. I kinda lost it ( sorry again Tiffany ) she was great on phone, then Corinna, Manager stepped in, and game planned a solution. “We have had rooftop solar since 2003. Our 20 year guarantee expired and became subject to the new, absurdly low, rates SDG&E pays for excess electricity. We decided to get a backup battery and selected Baker Home Energy to install it. Working with our sales person was both informative and stress free. We discussed both the Tesla Powerwall3 and Sonnen batteries and opted for the Tesla Powerwall3 due to an available rebate. Antomio Diaz and Jose Balderas installed our battery. Both were highly skilled, efficient, and helpful to us in explaining how things would work once the installation was complete. We had originally contacted Semper Solaris because they are veteran owned. They declined to give us general information unless it was by way of a salesperson visiting our home. We wrote them two letters via USPS, almost begging them to talk with us. We never received the courtesy of a reply. So Baker Home Energy got our job as well as our son's job which consisted of a new roof, rooftop solar and a Tesla Powerwall3. Buying a backup battery is an expensive decision and we were pleased with the way Baker Home Energy handled every phase of our job.“

“Chris Andrade was fantastic. He is very thorough and will solve the issue of fixing a plumbing problem. Chris, replaced a couple of pipes to my kitchen sink that were solidly clogged. He made sure I was getting a full flow of water down my drain without backing up. The first replacement didn't do the trick to unclog the drain. He then did a power pressure wash, and it continued to not flow as it should. Therefore, Chris tried a third time, and found a solid clog further down the pipe. He proceeded to cut out the clogged pipe, and replaced the pipe with new pipe. my drain flows better than it ever had, thanks to Chris's due diligence, and not leaving me with an undone job. I've lived in my home for over 30 years, and my kitchen sink has never drained as it does now. Chris's work is undoubtedly the best I've ever seen, and is worth every dollar I spent for a job well done. Chris is a credit to his profession. We don't see much of that in todays world.
