I called 5 Star Service Company to come look at my heat pump they had installed on my roof last March because I was hearing sounds that seemed as though my unit was trying to start up (thereby using electricity), but it didn't actually kick in. This was happening with some frequency and I was concerned that my electric bill was going to be high because of it. I left a message for Brad. He called back promptly, listened to my concerns and made an appointment to come the next morning. He checked out my unit thoroughly when he came and determined that the noise was coming from my neighbor's unit which is very close to mine (we live in adjoining condos). Five Star Service came out the same day we called. Our thermostat was out and was fixed and replaced in a short amount of time. The AC tubing insulation was torn off and Kevin replaced at no extra fee. Super nice and knowledgeable. Thank you

five star came out and set three level of bids. I wasn't sure if I wanted an AC or not. there pricing did not fluctuate after their work. once they set the date they were prompt and efficient.
