Outstanding! Had a middle of the night main line break which caused immediate street flooding. Melanie immediately coordinated as soon as I contacted her and Allan came out. Both Allan and Yoshi rebuilt the main pipe setup, installed a new regulator, and brought water back online. Thank you Rooter!

First of all Jason did a good job with relieving the stoppage at my mother's residence. I would like to personally thank Jason for helping my mother who is battling dementia. He was very polite and courteous when interacting with her. He took the time and patience to explain the situation over and over. Jason keep up the good work you are a godsend. Jason was outstanding in every way. He called me to give me his time frame. He was courteous and professional. He was very empathetic about my condition (I had wrenched my back while crouching under sink to try to stop the gushing water). He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing, and explained to me how the entire system works in my house, which was interesting and helpful in understanding why I had a big clog in my system. He spent a lot of time fixing the issue and making sure things were running smoothly.
