“Came here to this location because the location closest to my house had a 3 hr wait time. I was checked in and walking out with a prescription in less than an hour.

Doctor was very efficient and helped me drain an infection in my neck and gave me antibiotics to help as well. He seemed very confident in his plan of attack for my infection and made me feel comfortable.“

“I have been a patient at Scripps Clinic since I was in college in 1973. I have never had poor service …ever. I have been to the urgent cares, I have been a patient in their hospital as well as Scripps Memorial and besides having a myriad of doctors, I had one doctor for over 40 years. I refuse to go anywhere else and I drive from Riverside County.

I can see where an urgent care visit would take longer. Scripps Urgent Care is almost like an emergency room. Sometimes it might be helpful to call ahead and find out how busy they are or try another location.

As for appointments, I might arrive 20 minutes ahead of my appointment and I am taken into a room and I am out in my car before the assigned appointment time. In addition, they have a 15 minute policy that if you are not seen at a doctor’s office in 15 minutes to let the check-in employees know.

I don’t see the “money hungry” issue anywhere. I guess those people might try a city hospital for care comparison. When I began as a patient at Scripps, the Torrey Pines facility was not built yet. Soon after, the Torrey Pines facility was built and there were no parking issues. However, soon they had continual problems with golfers parking in the lot to play at Torrey Pines Golf Course. Unfortunately, they had to start charging to park to try and deter golfers. I am fine paying for parking that I can write off, as well as get the fantastic care that I get there. If you go to Carmel Valley, which is not very far away, there’s no parking charge. So If a parking fee upsets you so much, you can go to another site.

I have referred many people to Scripps and they rave about the Care. Especially when you are living in Riverside County. Be happy and enjoy the wonderful care that you can get at a top notch facility. ?“

“I took my baby boy Ayden in yesterday for the first time, and all of the staff were super nice and welcoming. We were attended pretty quickly. The doctor and nurse that attended my nine month old baby were just very excellent, attentive, answered all questions we had and made us feel that our nine month old was safe. Me & my husband loved it here for our baby. Thank you radys of Oceanside for helping my baby boy feel better, he’s doing so good today and is back to his active self❤️‍?“
