Best massage I’ve found in north County. The practice is clean and Both Phillippe and Julie are great communicators about scheduling (if needed, booking online is super easy, too), and the practice is very clean.

I’ve been going to Julie for about a year, and she’s great! I always leave feeling great and like I’d like to come back ASAP. Highly recommend them if you need an outstanding massage.

I came to Balanced Body with chronic pain of about 6 months duration. I had tried strengthening exercises, PT and traditional massage, along with heat and cold and pain medication. Nothing helped for more than a minute.
Phillipe has not only helped relieve my pain, but more importantly, has given me tools to help me relieve the pain on my own when it does flare up. All of this in two sessions.
At Balanced Body, they use breath work, contracting and de-contracting very specific muscles and other methods to relieve pain. It's a whole-body approach which has helped me so much.
I am so grateful for what they have provided for me.

Phillipe was so professional and personable. Amazing massage. Immediately bought gift certificates for my two daughters... One already said it was the best massage she's ever had and we all get them regularly. Highly recommend.
