“Nobody wants to undergo surgery, especially on the face, but considering the surgery type my experience at West Encinitas was excellent. Dr. Gladsjo was excellent in her MOHS surgery but also her professional, kind, and caring ways. She explained each step and made me feel comfortable and safe with engaging conversation and Christmas music. Staff Sydney, Missy and others were great too. Sydney knows her NFL football and has a steady and reassuring professional caring manner. Missy made me feel right at home, and her expertise was apparent the entire time . “Regarding the Botox and the overall result, I’m very happy with everything. Honestly, even back in Ukraine I don’t think I ever received as much attention and explanation from a cosmetologist as I did from Olga during my first appointment. I absolutely loved her approach, especially the part with the iPad where she showed me the injection points and exactly how many units of Botox would go into each area.

I think it’s amazing that everything stays in the system, because in the future we’ll be able to adjust the amount specifically for me. It’s incredibly convenient, since clients rarely remember how many units they received, where they were injected, or how much was used in each area.

“This review is somewhat delayed but I wanted to ensure that I submitted it as my experience at the Garden Spa was exceptional. I booked the Couples Ultimate Bliss package with my 98 year old mother. Jessica was my therapist and Jazmine was my mother's. My experience was one of the best I've had, I fell asleep for most of it and apparently was snoring but I guess that is the whole point of a massage. I am quite active so have some joint and muscle issues and Jessica took care of all of my soreness and tightness with an excellent touch.

My mother said Jazmine was excellent and she thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The tea and chocolates afterwards was a nice touch. The setting is tranquil, relaxing and cozy. I have referred my boss here and she has been twice and loves it.

Bottom line, I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Very very soon.

She’s helped my skin become healthier, got me on a great regimen at a great price, does different facials every time for what my skin needs, continuously keeps in contact with me, educates me and cares about my skin needs. Also, her place is so cute, clean and calming. I always look forward to seeing her every month and I highly recommend her if anyone is looking for a new esthetician!
