“I manage a block of buildings in uptown Oakland that encompasses numerous entities and uses. We had an old PBX phone system serving nearly 100 people in multiple buildings, with lots of sub departments. I purchased an expensive laptop directly from Lenovo. When it arrived it seemed to work fine but after a few days I noticed that it would randomly reset. I was preparing to travel so I needed the laptop fixed urgently. I called Lenovo and they said I could mail it to them or take it to an authorized service center. I chose the latter and they referred me to Ameritech. I dropped the laptop off at Ameritech. Lavina at the front desk was very helpful. A few days later I have the laptop back and it is working perfectly. If I need any more work done on this machine I will certainly use them.“
