TechinSF was very convenient for me because since I am in San Francisco there was no travel fee, they were fast to figure out my PC problem which was having boot issues. Michael was very friendly and helpful and helped me install my computer and fix other issues.
I am so happy with this company! My technician was Mike. He was calm, friendly, and I did not feel rushed when talking to him. If you’re in SF they will pickup and deliver for free, which is amazing! He diagnosed over the phone, got the battery in, then picked up fixed and delivered back same day. He also cleaned out the dust. He showed me the battery settings and info and told me how to use the battery to keep it long lasting. The prices are very fair!
For any women reading this, I felt safe letting him in my apt. No wierd vibes.
Needed a large-screen TV installed and mounted. Geek squad was able to deliver the TV but unable to find parking and therefore canceled the installation part of the appointment. I tried to schedule another one with them and then it would be more than a week later. This company stepped in and took on the task many days before that. They didn’t have much better luck with parking, but they did park and got fined. I gladly paid the ticket. The work was done, meticulously and professionally.
