Greg informed me that he could restore my Microsoft Word files after my system crashed. My system was a new computer only a year old and this should not have happened!

After giving him My computer to take to his shop and work on, he informed me there was nothing he could do and my system is completely fried! After all that, I still had to pay him $350… Basically for nothing!!

I heard about Greg and Fix It Now Computers on NextDoor and tried him a while back for a problem on my office computer with good results. This time the problem was my kitchen computer: The screen would scroll all the way to the bottom, very quickly. I couldn't stop it. Then I couldn't get it to scroll back up to where I wanted to view it.I explained that when I called Greg and he asked if I had changed my mouse battery, saying I should try that and call him back if that didn't work. I tried that and it didn't work. I tested the battery and it was only slightly down.Then it occurred to me that I had a new mouse for my office computer sitting on my desk, still in the package. I retrieved that and tried it. The problem immediately disappeared!Yeay Greg! And he didn't even get paid! I called him and thanked him profusely and logged on to Yelp...

About 10 years ago my company let it's service contract expire and, although I had a company PC, I was on my own to find technical support. Fortunately, I found "Fix-It-Now". Greg did such a great job getting my laptop working again that my company contracted with him for several other jobs and I've continued using him for my personal computer support. Over the years he's replaced couple of hard drives, made several upgrades and was always able to get me up and running with negligible down time. Although "Fix-It-Now" has expanded it's business it still offers the same professional and personable service. As long as Greg is around, I'll keep coming back and referring people to him.
