“We started working with ODS in the middle of the pandemic to do a whole home remodel. Having never done anything remotely like this before, ODS guided us through the entire process and were an invaluable resource and partner in all the decisions that we needed to make for a project of this size. Even though we didn't have a clear idea of what we wanted at the beginning and our ideas changed throughout the process, we ended up with a home that we absolutely love living in. When we receive compliments on the design of our house, we are always quick to give credit to ODS for their vision of what could be done. ODS steadily moved the project through the numerous city requirements of planning reviews, neighborhood meetings, and permitting. They were great about knowing how to gently (sometimes directly) guide us towards good choices that we now recognize make a huge difference in how we use our space. Anytime we had questions, needed more information, or encountered issues with the project, ODS was quick to respond and offer solutions. We really can't say enough about how great our experience has been with ODS and how pleased we are with the end result.“

In addition Form+Field helped us with new furniture and accessories for our living room, master bedroom, play room, and kids bedroom. The work has completed and we are loving it! 1. The work was completed on time and I was able to move back into my house on the schedule we laid out at the start. This was incredibly important to me, I told the team so, and they made it happen.
2. We are so happy with how everything turned out. Our spaces are massively improved, beautiful, and functional.

If I could I would probably give them 4.5 stars because their pricing is on the high range and we did have a few snafus during construction -- all of which were resolved -- but overall I think the work they've done deserve the round up to 5.“

“I can't say enough about the quality of their product, and their service. I got my roman shades from them over 20 years ago. Aside from a little dust, it still looks new!Recently however, there was a fault with one of the pulleys, such that the mechanism wouldn't work if I wanted to pull the shades up. I called them up, they found my order from 2 decades ago, then soon sent someone out to replace the faulty part. Peggy and Ed were awesome to work with. In an era where customer service has lost all meaning, it was delightful and refreshing to work with a company that stands behind their products, and are committed to customer satisfaction. “Leonor did an excellent job on my drapes. I had a silk dupioni that was very expensive and that I had worked hard to find, so I was pretty nervous. But there was no reason to be. Not only did Leonor kindly agreed to sew the drapes using the fabric I chose (which not everyone will do), but her work was immaculate. There are little touches that show the care that she put into it: the way the lining is laid down so that all possible seams are hidden, and the way the side seams don't show at all from the front are just two.
