“I’ve worked with Richardson Pribuss Architects in my capacity as Estimator at Stroub Construction on several of their projects. I review and provide construction cost estimates for residential construction projects around the Bay Area, so I see drawing sets from quite a few architects. I’m also a registered architect. Prior to working for Stroub Construction, I practiced architecture for fifteen years. This puts me in a unique position to say that the drawings that Richardson Pribuss Architects produce are excellent in comparison to drawing sets I’ve had to work with from competing architects. Heidi and Richard also gave clear and timely responses to questions that I posed during the bidding process and those posed by our Project Manager during construction.
