“Friends, we just wrapped up a 6 month project with AAA. The pictures are what really does this work justice, but I can say that AAA far exceeded expectations. We did a kitchen/living room remodel which included removing two walls and adding a 16' new sliding door and a new deck. Toward the end of the project we expanded scope to include a new roof and new siding and exterior painting. They seamlessly provided this extra work. We lived in the house during the construction and worked from home while the crew transformed our home. Andrey got us going and Art and Alex were our main contacts during the project. I enjoyed working with Alex. He has the best "no problem" approach and when we hit a design issue with our deck, he had a great idea of how to rework the stairs and we went with that approach. They also recommended a great architect, window company and other items. Every inspection passed. They responded quickly to my concerns. I will definitely have them come back and do our bathrooms. We had an amazing experience working with Jeni, Yanli, and team on the interior design and picking out the furniture for our place.We are really happy with the results, and appreciated the professionalism and patience for the year that they worked with us. They helped custom design our couch, dining room banquette, and bedroom headboard+bench+closet mill working. They also did detailed space planning and CAT modeling and projections that helped us visualize the space with all our new furniture, and also helped us pick out the furniture and fabrics (with many physical samples). Aside from a little dust, it still looks new!Recently however, there was a fault with one of the pulleys, such that the mechanism wouldn't work if I wanted to pull the shades up. “We had our gorgeous Poggenpohl kitchen cabinetry installed in 2011 as part of a massive renovation to our new single family home on Twin Peaks. The sleek, modern look and seem-less functionality still elicits "oohs" and "ahs" from our dinner guests, 8 years later. Recently we needed some repair work done to a few drawers we banged up. (We are passionate cooks!) With one phone call to I-Ching U., our original Poggenpohl designer and project manager, she had their repair expert John B. out to our house a week later. And just like that, fixes were made and our near perfect kitchen was perfect again! He actually came out TWICE, once to do the original work and again to make sure the repair work stuck and to fix a few little flaws he noted during his first visit. All at no charge to us. Talk about phenomenal customer service! When it comes to great design and johnny-on-the-spot service, Poggenpohl is without peer!“
