Jeff, Gina and team, along with their contracted labor, were all highly professional, timely, and most importantly communicative. They work itself is top notch, and nothing that at least we could ever replicate on our own, or with a less experienced design team. Our guests are blown away by not only the beauty of their work, but how unique it is. My parents force me entertain out of town guests of theirs so they can show off their son’s awesome house, thanks to the work this team has done. I can’t say more without sounding over the top but I could not be happier with their work.“

“We worked with Artezia shortly before the pandemic to do a complete redesign and remodel of our kitchen. We've been loving the kitchen ever since then. The design, materials, and appliances were all top of the line, including solid wood cabinets. Recently, however, our refrigerator had some problems and leaked some water, leaving water damage on one of the panels. We called Artezia 6 years after the original work asking for help, fully expecting that it would be a costly endeavor. The Artezia team, however, quickly had one of their team members inspect the damage, and they rapidly constructed and installed a replacement panel, which they did free of charge. We're very happy not just with the original work, but the ongoing support we've received.“

“Rokay and his team did a great job on my bathroom remodel. When we first looked at the job together, I explained that because it was my only bathroom, I would have to move in with a relative during the construction. Rokay assured me that they would do everything possible to expedite the project. Start to finish, it took about 3 1/2 weeks. They were finished a week earlier than estimated. This is a family business, everyone on the construction team was related. The bathroom came out great.“

“I’ll give a high mark because of the absolutely fantastic service I received from Libni Antelo, who is responsible for Operations at Blinds by Design. A longtime customer living not too far from the store, I have had ongoing problems with my blinds. I exchanged my old blinds from Blinds by Design for new ones about ten years ago. The strings, however, tend to get stuck sending me to Operations somewhat regularly to drop off the broken blind, this to save the at least $200 it would otherwise cost. The lifetime warranty seems to come with limitations but Mr Antelo is someone who listens and does his best to accommodate in the most professional way.
And yes, next time I’ll buy different blinds, that’s for sure.“

In addition Form+Field helped us with new furniture and accessories for our living room, master bedroom, play room, and kids bedroom. The work has completed and we are loving it! “I hired Oleg and team to repaint a one bedroom condo in a building with tight policies. Oleg did a fabulous job...he identified issues and proposed reasonable solutions numerous times. For example, he came up with a creative solution to deal with some issues with the ceiling we discovered. Painting and such isn't my cup of tea but he explained everything in a way I could understand and guided me to the right choices. He kept me in the loop as the work progressed. He honored the building's strict policies and didn't cause any issues for the neighbors or HOA. It looks fabulous once he was done! He had great attention to detail and quality. “It’s been six months since the total completion of our renovation with Houseworks. We contacted them in late 2024 for a full kitchen and laundry room and updated bathroom project.

During the drafting phase, they were prompt and helpful with sketches and remodel options. We eventually expanded the scope to include a backyard deck rebuild and painting the entire house.

The on-site crew was the highlight. They were professional, punctual, and left the site clean daily. The plumber and flooring subcontractors were also excellent, ensuring the job was completed to a high standard.

While there were some minor communication gaps regarding specific decision-making and a few subcontractor issues with debris and trash cleanup, Houseworks was responsive to our questions and requests.

We chose a design-build firm specifically for their expertise with San Francisco’s complex building inspection rules, and that proved to be the right decision; they handled the city's requirements effortlessly.

While the project timeline extended beyond the initial estimate due to external delays, the quality of our new kitchen, bathroom, and deck has significantly improved our quality of life.

They were also diligent in working through the final punch list to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction.

“Friends, we just wrapped up a 6 month project with AAA. The pictures are what really does this work justice, but I can say that AAA far exceeded expectations. We did a kitchen/living room remodel which included removing two walls and adding a 16' new sliding door and a new deck. Toward the end of the project we expanded scope to include a new roof and new siding and exterior painting. They seamlessly provided this extra work. We lived in the house during the construction and worked from home while the crew transformed our home. Andrey got us going and Art and Alex were our main contacts during the project.
