I’ll give a high mark because of the absolutely fantastic service I received from Libni Antelo, who is responsible for Operations at Blinds by Design. A longtime customer living not too far from the store, I have had ongoing problems with my blinds. I exchanged my old blinds from Blinds by Design for new ones about ten years ago. The strings, however, tend to get stuck sending me to Operations somewhat regularly to drop off the broken blind, this to save the at least $200 it would otherwise cost. The lifetime warranty seems to come with limitations but Mr Antelo is someone who listens and does his best to accommodate in the most professional way.

Blinds & Designs has been phenomenal to work with. Their customer service is truly outstanding, and they made the whole process easy from start to finish.

Libni was amazing with coordinating everything, following up consistently, and keeping us updated throughout the process. Angel also did a great job with the installation and was very helpful when he came out.

When we had another issue come up, the team moved quickly, placed the order, and got us scheduled right away. Really impressed with the level of care, communication, and professionalism. Highly recommend Blinds & Designs!!

I had a minor service issue with one of my blinds purchased from Blinds and Designs that was under warranty. The team at Blinds and Designs made it easy for me to get it repaired. And when I had trouble snapping the repaired shade back into its bracket, Dibni stopped by on his lunch hour to take care of it for me! Very good service experience.
