We had Chris come out to do a project proposal for a potential remodel, and although we ended up not going through with it due to our financials I was really impressed with the care that Chris brought to the proposal. He gave us a lot of his time and he was very thoughtful and personal, answering all of our questions and helping us understand the scope of our build. It was clear he had a lot of experience and I appreciated his expertise
We hired CDB to renovate the kitchen and bathroom in our 1920s bungalow. I'm giving them 5 stars for two key reasons:
1. The work was completed on time and I was able to move back into my house on the schedule we laid out at the start. This was incredibly important to me, I told the team so, and they made it happen.
2. We are so happy with how everything turned out. Our spaces are massively improved, beautiful, and functional.
If I could I would probably give them 4.5 stars because their pricing is on the high range and we did have a few snafus during construction -- all of which were resolved -- but overall I think the work they've done deserve the round up to 5.
I'm giving Cayon Design build a 5 star rating and I have not done business with them yet, I just stopped by with and appt during their staff meeting and the woman that came out front was so nice and very polite her upbeat spirit has me excited so excited that I can't wait to do business with them.
