Not only did he source the exact wood I needed from the distributor, but he actually looked out for my wallet and got me a lower price than he initially quoted.

He walked me through everything: how to do 'noise-cancelling' by running underlayment up the wall, overlapping seams perpendicular to the floor, and using flexible caulk for my tile transitions.
