“I signup for the free flow weekend & I’m so glad I did!!! I was able to try different classes with different instructors & by the end I knew this is where I wanted to practice yoga. The Instructors are great!! Having different instructors many classes to choose from has been a great experience for me and I have learned I love yoga!! Or should I say my body loves yoga!!
