“I would just like to leave this review because of Dr Morgan I think he is wonderful, compassionate understanding,, & does his job, n he listens, in fact I even came in here very very sick when I first started going there and then my son came in very sick well a week later, I had to go back and he even was kind enough to ask me how my son was doing he remembered, and was genuinely concerned that he wasn't better yet, he's called to check on us after we've came in for being sick I'm chronically ill it is very important for me to find somebody who understands what I'm going through. I'll just leave it at that! there's a lot ppl here who are extremely nice receptionist by the way very understanding and sweet and of course professional like they're supposed to be I don't expect them to be my best friend but it is nice when they actually have a little compassion. There is a couple of reasons why I didn't post five stars but I don't want to leave negative reviews about a place based off of a couple of people“

“It’s a very good health care place with all the health professionals really committed with the patients.They're the only clinic in the whole LA and valley area that I could find that have HPV vaccines for free available for people with no insurance, great clinic“

“Dr Brian Miura got me fixed up quickly. I got bronchitis very quickly. He gave me two breathing treatments lots of good medicine and in a few days I will be perfect. “Disappointed to see them permanently closed, but I was able to find another great urgent care closeby called Urgent Care Center of South Bay, and I highly recommend! It seems they provide the same services and you can make appointments online, which was very helpful for me. I'm quite particular with urgent cares, but this one had really friendly staff and short wait times. Also open 7 days a week, so super convenient. Definitely a great alternative.“

“Wonderful Urgent Care!! Staff is always prompt, professional, and polite. I've been there multiple times with my son and they get us in fast and always give a doctors note for school. I recently went for myself on superbowl Sunday and was amazed not only they were open but had me in and out before kick off!! Would recommend it to family and friends!! Always satisfied“

“Urgent Care Review Only How I spent today. Sunday. Allegedly "Funday". Fun? Not so much, seriously, not so much. Three days ago my hubby complained of fatigue, left sore throat pain, left ear pain. Against my admonishment, he continued to go about his business pure pluck until it wasn't. Immediately rapid Covid tested both of us. Negative two days in a row. Hey, he breathes where I breathe. Sunday, allegedly "Funday" would it be mimosas or urgent care? The latter. He kept telling me he went to UCLA urgent care. I Yelped it. Uh huh, nothing there. Finally, he found a business card in his Rolodex for here. (Yeah, who has one of those? He does.) Since we're both in the St. Johns' Providence system, I recommended we go to urgent care here today (no forms to fill out, etc.) since at the beginning of the pandemic lock down with zero home testing available, he was sick. He went here. Was it a cold or was it Covid then? Cold. Praise be! "Call them from that Rolodex card!", I yelled to determine if care is available on Sunday. It is. M-F: 8:30AM - 7:30PM Saturday & Sunday: 10:00AM - 2:30PM (Doors promptly lock at 2:20PM). Arrived at 11:30AM. Processed and seen by noon even with a few folks ahead. Vitals (A-OK), Covid, Strep test taken, negative. GREAT doctor! Professionalism with a capital "P". Sent home with OTC med Rx and to return or contact primary physician, or EMS if symptoms worsen. P.S. Photos and videos are prohibited! Couldn't even snap a pic of the flyer saying so without getting in trouble...“

“Nurse Chris was awesome! There was no doctor in the office for some reason but nurse Chris really helped my brother feel comfortable. My brother is terrified of doctors and refused to be seen but Chris helped us with some advise.“

“I have used this Urgent Care Center for a few years now and just now decided to leave a review. I don't know why because I should've left one years ago. This Urgent Care is truly one of the best Urgent Care centers I've ever been to. But I was moved today by Amber Boyd, she was the most attentive front desk person that I've ever had so far in the history of me. Going to urgent cares. Now I know urgent cares are designed to be there when your doctor can't take you and you have a non-life-threatening emergency. I have enough friends in the medical profession to know you do not go to the emergency room for conjunctivitis. I know my body well enough to know when something is off and today I woke up and my eye was bothering me and I knew that I had conjunctivitis. I head to my Cedar Sinai medical urgent care center and was greeted so warmly and treated so well. The thing about the Cedar Sinai team is that my primary care physician is a Cedar Sinai doctor so all of their records are like in one place so they can see what's happening with you when you're not seeing them it's the best ever. You just log onto the app. Today, I found out that they offer virtual care which is something that I could have used and not had to have come to the Urgent Care facility. I'm gonna try that next time telehealth is the way to go anyways, the doctors there at Cedar Sinai are just amazing. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable.“

“I'm really shocked to see so many negative reviews of this place. I've come here so many times, I've been here for asthma, flu, cellulitis. I have so many different issues and I've been to the ER so many times, and it's good to go to a place that is one level below the hospital just so you don't overdo it and spend 7 hours in the ER. I really liked one lady here, but I can't remember her name, she is Indian, although I really did like the whole staff here. It's not perfect, but it's good to get in and talk to somebody. I've found it very hard to figure out all my different issues with my GP in real time. I'm glad this place is here.“

“The clinic is on the second floor. I flew here for my Australian panel physician exams. I got here 30 minutes before my appointment and filled out the paperwork, and shortly afterwards, I was called for my appointment. They got my height and weight, drew my blood, took a urine sample, checked my eyesight, and checked my lungs and heart. I have pretty small veins, so it took a few tries to get some blood, but the doctor helped and was very friendly.“

“Came here for medical clearance yesterday and I wanted to leave a review. Overall everyone was extremely friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond it felt like home the doctor was really nice and the wait wasn't long at all! They also take my insurance which a lot of places usually don't take so I'm definitely gonna be back it's worth the trip! “Unfortunately been here twice in the past week.. but that's another story. Let's focus on the establishment and their services. I was greeted kindly, and efficiently. The exchange of insurance, information, and paperwork was done in a timely manner, then was led into one of the exam rooms which was clean and tidy. Nurse took vitals and basic info then the doctor came in not too long after that. Got a thorough, attentive and professional evaluation, at which point was recommended a shot. believe it or not, adults get a little nervous too and need to hold someone's hand. I was fortunate enough to have a super nice nurse and very special person there by my side, so Thank you D.S! Free parking lot is always a plus. ..and, yes.. I'll be ok :)“

Provider Akila Arous is very knowledgeable and went straight to the point. She did the right testing and turned that he has both viral and bacterial infection and was given antibiotics.
