Definitely have to give the Medical Assistant (Pauline) and their Doctor (Jack) their flowers. They both did a phenomenal job when it came to diligently and kindly and appropriately taking care of my health issue. This facility was definitely one of the cleaner facilities ive been to, and both Jack and Pauline definitely have good attitudes. Accelerated Urgent Care is definitely going to be a place I choose to come to in the future regardless of how far it is from me. The service, the diligence, and the cleanliness is top tier. It is the best place in West Los Angeles. I came with a complicated issue and Doctor Ivan was so knowledgeable with understanding complexity of my problem. He pointed to the right direction and assisted with relief for this moment. Brilliant doctor.
The nurses were lovely and proffesional. The facility is clean. There was no waiting time.
As the suggestion, would be nice to have more diagnosis equipment that expedite finding the problems of patients.
Overall, I am greatfull for a good, friendly, caring experience.
This place is awesome. Clean, professional with a warm and welcoming staff. Everyone from the front desk, to the PA, to the ladies taking my vitals and even the X-ray tech were all so kind and caring. They actually took the time to speak to me and didn't rush me out like other places.
I was just treated there an hour ago for a really bad cough and my experience was great. Definitely recommend.
