Dr. Hankerson was very attentive, asked very poignant questions, thoroughly examined me and my symptoms and prescribed a remedy that was very effective. He responded to all of my request and was very accommodating. He explained everything in words that I can understand and devoid of any medical jargons. He found solutions to all of my health problems for that day and I took the medications as prescribed and was finally able to get a good night rest! My cold symptoms are much less severe than they were yesterday and I am able to breath normally and return to normal living!

​I cannot thank Hyung-Gyou Kim at Exer Urgent Care enough. I’ve visited many urgent care clinics over the years, but I’ve never had an experience as exceptional as this one.
​He was beyond attentive, thorough, and genuinely caring throughout our visit. He truly listened to all of our concerns with so much patience and made sure we felt completely taken care of before leaving. Seeing a provider this dedicated and detailed is extremely rare. I am so grateful for his thoughtful care and professionalism, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a truly caring medical provider.

It was amazing, I was brought in right away. The PA Kristina was so great and took care of each of my reasons for my visit. The MA Nadine was so great and efficient. The check in process up front was quick and easy. 10/10 definitely recommend if you ever need a quick visit to urgent care.
