“Duval Construction completed a complicated job of repairing our subfloor when we found out we had a bad case of dry rot on our existing floor joists. They worked with an engineer to come up with the most efficient and cost saving way to do this, which saved our existing flooring from being torn up. To complicate things even more we were on a time crunch and they did their best to accommodate us, successfully completing their work on a tight schedule. Can not recommend them enough, they are honest, hard working, responsive and kind.“

“Work to replace woodrotten T11 wall siding was done timely and within budget. Accomodations were made to do additional minor necessary work not originally in contract. Major damage that occurred during construction were fixed. Only caveat is that if there were any woodrot underneath the T11 wall siding, they will not check for it. Need to hire someone else to check this before they proceed with installing the new T11 wall siding next time.“

I'm going to have them put in one of those Japanese toilets (forget what you call them) in a small bathroom without a sink so the toilet has the sink on top so you can wash your hands and that water does the flushing.
