Duval Construction completed a complicated job of repairing our subfloor when we found out we had a bad case of dry rot on our existing floor joists. They worked with an engineer to come up with the most efficient and cost saving way to do this, which saved our existing flooring from being torn up. To complicate things even more we were on a time crunch and they did their best to accommodate us, successfully completing their work on a tight schedule. Can not recommend them enough, they are honest, hard working, responsive and kind.

We were extremely happy working with Duval for the recent rebuild of our front entry stairway and landing. Russ estimated our project and then was our point-person throughout. He was responsive and made excellent suggestions to keep quality high while managing costs. Ramiro was our on-site lead. It was so nice to work with a contractor who takes such incredible pride in the quality and details of his work! We felt the the team was always looking out for us -- even addressing a few issues at the house unrelated to the entryway replacement as a courtesy to us. Lastly, Celine, was the front-office manager and helped us keep our project moving through permitting issues with the city due to the pandemic. She was always so pleasant and helpful. We would certainly recommend the team at Duval and would choose them again for any other projects needing attention.
