These guys were great. I had water leaking through a bathroom vent fan during a storm. First company recommended replacing a 10' x 10' section of my "plastic roof" (it's not plastic, it's aluminum), and they admitted they didn't know the exact problem but would need to take up roof to find out. Old Fashioned was super responsive, sent out their roofer who quickly diagnosed it was a leaking seal around two of the vents. They admitted this was a 5 year fix and would need to be monitored but I agreed to that. Also recommended I get the roof cleaned of debris in the next year. They charged $280 in total.

Best value out there for any roofing repairs you may have. You aren't going to find a more reasonable estimate. They estimated replacing 4-5 tiles and ended replacing 8. They didn't raise the price.
