Service was outstanding and ambiance was good, hence the 3 stars for the over all experience. $185 with inclusive 20% tip and tax high tea for 2 people... was quite the rip off. That was not even really an option to select something else in terms of choices of what we could order. I would have liked at least 2 sandwich options to call this a proper high tea. A mini lobster roll and one shrimp dumpling does not cut it, especially as it wasn't really even filling. I could have gone to a nice restaurant and ordered two whole lobsters for this price. Again I understand 20% tip is normal but to charge it before hand for a party of 2 was not really necessary.

This is for the tea service in the lobby. It was exceptional. We went during the holiday season and the hotel was decorated beautifully. I see why people would come here to be here. The tea and the service were top notch. It really was a great value too. My friends and I were seated on a sofa and two chairs, served our tea and lingered for 3 or so hours. The food great. We got so many wonderful pictures too. A top vale at 65.00 per person.
