I reached out to Khoi for advice on structural remediation for ceiling joist that was damaged. Khoi looked at the damaged joist and gave the remediation. My general contractor worked on the remediation suggested by Khoi and it passed the building inspection from city of San Francisco. Khoi is not only knowledgeable but also easy to work with. I worked with Khoi to legally convert my garage into an ADU both in plan design and construction phases. I plan to build 450sqft addition and remodel 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in my house. Khoi helped me with structural and floor plans design. I am very satisfied with Khoi's service so far. He arrived at my house to meet and take measurement of my house on the same day. After that, we discussed numerous times over Google Meet to improve the design.
