“I'm not someone who normally leaves online reviews, but the care my cats received here changed that. My experience was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share it with other pet owners. After years of searching for the right veterinarian for my two senior cats, I’m so happy to say that I’ve finally found one.

My cats have always been healthy, so until now they only needed routine vaccinations. As they’re getting close to 10 years old, I wanted to schedule comprehensive wellness exams, including blood work and dental cleanings. I spent a long time researching different clinics, hoping to find a place I could truly trust. Now I finally feel like I can stop searching.

From our very first consultation, Dr. Lim impressed me with his patience and honesty. He walked me through every step of the exam and never recommended unnecessary tests. Instead, he clearly explained the purpose and benefits of each option, giving me plenty of time to make informed decisions without feeling rushed or pressured. After reviewing the X-rays and ultrasound, he carefully went over the findings with me and even pulled up additional reference materials online to make sure I fully understood why further evaluation might be helpful. He also offered several treatment plans with different cost considerations, including options that helped minimize expenses without compromising the quality of care my cats received. Compared with other veterinary clinics I've visited in the area, I found their fees to be very fair.

Dr. Park, who performed the dental cleanings, was just as thoughtful. Before the procedure, she took the time to address every concern I had, which made it much easier to leave my cats in her care. After taking dental X-rays under anesthesia, she called me before any extractions were performed, explained the findings, and asked for my approval before proceeding. Once everything was completed, she reviewed the X-rays with me and patiently went through each treatment that had been performed, making sure I understood exactly what was done.

What stood out most was how genuinely Dr. Lim and Dr. Park, a husband-and-wife team, cared for my cats. Throughout the entire process, I felt they treated them as if they were their own. Their expertise, kindness, and willingness to answer every question gave me complete confidence that my cats were receiving exceptional care.

Scheduling appointments was simple and convenient, and every member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Finding a veterinarian you can truly trust isn’t easy. I’m incredibly grateful that my search led me here, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to any pet owner looking for compassionate and knowledgeable care.“

“took in our dog Mochi to i pet grooming for her first cut , it was seriously a blessing because Mochi was in dire need a good bath and hair cut! when we come in to the salon, the place is super cut and clean, the staff are ready friendly , when picked up mochi, he looked 10 years younger and cut! highly recommend! from now on, Mochi and i will be a loyal customer“

“Dr. Buddie and her staff have been helping our family pets for over 10 years. She is very knowledgeable and cares about your pet. Some people may not like her upfront information. But she's saying it with concern for your family pet. She wont force you to do anything just give her opinion. Her staff make life easy for my dogs, when they see them they wiggle their tails. “Woof is our pups home away from home! As soon as we enter the building, Reeghan runs to the back door where all the other dogs are located. The owners and staff are the best and very attentive. We've always felt comfortable leaving him for short or longer stays without worrying about if he's okay. We find that this is his Reeghan's 2nd Happiest Place on Earth!“

“I have been taking my Scottie Zara to daycare at Dogtopia in Blackhawk Plaza for three years and she loves it. It is her chance to work off all her excess energy and play with her friends. The facility is very secure, scrupulously clean, and safe. There is a human supervisor in the play rooms with the dogs at all times to ensure the play remains controlled and the dogs don't get overly excited. The webcams are a great bonus too, since I can check and see how Zara is doing and if it is time to come home. I would recommend daycare at Dogtopia to anyone who wants to give their pup a special fun day!“

“I've been bringing my pets to Bishop Ranch for almost 10 years. Cats, dogs of all sizes. I do notice a lot of turnover with their staff but the service I get is always superior. Today I brought my 9 month old kitten in to their urgent care clinic because she had been vomiting repeatedly for hours. We were taken back immediately and Elle was examined. The vet was Dr Crisp and she was very friendly and thorough. She gave me the information I needed without talking down to me or leaving out any details. My kitten was assessed and treated and is now home feeling better. I've taken my other cat here when he had an abscess form an entire month after I had adopted him from the shelter. I had brought him first to VEG and they found/drained the abscess but then sent my poor cat home with a gaping, oozing wound on his back and no medication. I brought him to Bishop Ranch the next day and he got the surgery he needed, a drain tube placed and the correct pain meds and antibiotics. He spent two weeks in a cone but he healed very well and is fine now. Again the vet and all staff were very kind courteous and professional. My only complaint is they are often booked out for weeks but that is what happens when you're the best, I suppose. Highly recommend.“

“honestly i felt so relieved the moment we walked in, like a weight just lifted off my shoulders. been coming to debbie for years now with my little terrier who hates the vet more than anything but she always makes him calm. the office is small and doesn't look fancy at all but thats what I like about it, it feels real and no one is trying to upsell you a bunch of stuff you dont need. she remembered my dog's name without me even saying it which is kind of embarasing becuase I know how busy she is. prices are fair and I never feel rushed, always feel like she actually listened. already booked our next visit for a checkup in two months, wouldn't go anywehre else.“

“This was my first time using a mobile groomer and I cannot believe I hadn’t used one sooner. His last groomer asked that I didn’t bring him back as he was a bad boy while he was getting his nails done. I did inform Paul the owner of the company of this when on the phone and he reassured me that it wouldn’t be a problem. Paul the owner of the company came out to groom my boy Leopold and I must say I was quite nervous as Leopold doesn’t normally warm up to people, men in particular. When I opened the door, you would have thought they had known each other for years. His tail was wagging and Paul knelt down for a bathing of kisses. Paul took the time to go over all my concerns and he took Leo off for his grooming. When they returned Leo’s tail was still wagging and he looked great. His coat has never felt so soft and he smelt great. Paul told me he was a joy to groom and he would be more than happy to come back to groom him anytime. I highly recommend On The Spot Pet Grooming and I could tell Paul really enjoys and knowledgeable about dogs. I did also like that he quoted me a price on the phone and there were no hidden add-ons once he came and took care of Leo. I know Leo has found his lifetime groomer.??“

“We have been taking our pups to Pet Dynasty for over 10 years and would not consider taking them anywhere else.
Carlos and his team are exceptional and our pups are always happy to go and enjoy playing with other pups there.

The one time that was a little bit of an issue was when we boarded during a holiday when they were full to brimming with dogs, although they were well taken care of don't think they got as much play time due to the crowd, but still no complaints!

Boarding, Day care, grooming, all exceptional and the entire team is very responsive if there are ever any questions or concerns.“

“I enrolled my very small (4 lb) puppy in the Puppy 1 training class. I’d been through Sirius Puppy Training about 15 years ago and they were great. I was so happy to find their training is still top notch, positive reinforcement, and reward based. I was excited to continue my puppy training with their Puppy 2 Training class. Twice. But in all fairness, I wasn’t as invested in my training efforts outside of class so that’s why I needed to go through it again.
I was very excited to have Leanne Neufeld as my trainer throughout all classes. She must have eyes in the back of her head because she sees EVERYTHING going on and is quick to jump in and help with specific training that each puppy and guardian needed. She makes it look so easy, but she also makes sure you know how to do what she is demonstrating. The Top Dog Academy online videos are extremely helpful and they also do zoom training each week where you can ask questions. I highly recommend Sirius Training. You and your pup won’t be disappointed.“
