I cannot say enough, good things about WOOF Daycare and Boarding! My two dogs have been going there for about three years now. We often board for longer duration, this last time was two weeks. One of my doodles is a high anxiety/needy dog. Woof consistently exceeds all expectations by demonstrating personalized care for each of my dogs. If anything is slightly out of the ordinary, I am notified via text messages, along with suggestions they may have to rectify. During their last stay, my dog needed medication, for which the owner VOLUNTEERED to pick it up from my vet and would not even accept payment for her time & trouble. All the Woof staff are exemplary. It is the only boarding/daycare facility we will use. We’ve had two Frenchies at Woof, first a Brown Brindle, Sumo, and now a Lilac pup, Roxy. Sadly, Sumo passed almost two years ago, but when we brought young Roxy in for her ‘interview,’ the staff remembered him fondly. That is just one example of the warm, enthusiastic, personalized care all the pets there receive.
The staff are very friendly and super responsive. This was our first boarding experience with them, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. They sent me daily photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. I felt very comfortable knowing my dog was in good hands.
