Petco Grooming

Luna 1 of the groomers at Union Landing is fantastic. My Dinah & Roo are rescues & very leary of strangers & unfamiliar places. Luna has the magic touch. My one BIG problem with Petco is the website. It’s impossible to book grooming appointments for more than one pet with the same groomer & Petco doesn’t have enough staff to book appointments over the phone. ALSO, the website keeps trying to change my preferred store to San Leandro. I really don’t appreciate this as we had a very negative experience there over a decade ago with 2 other pets. Will never go back.

Copying from my google review!! The store itself needs a bit of sprucing up but the staff is so helpful! I come in about every 2 weeks for dog food and it's a delight to see Liana up at the register, she's always so kind. She never fails to give my corgi Rex a biscuit. 2 Thumbs up to her and the rest of the Petco team! Keep up the great work guys!

Petco has always been a go-to store of mine and all my dogs growing up and current. This review is mostly for the staff. Everytime I come in, I'm always greeted. Yesterday, my dog Kruntch ran away from our house as the wind blew our gates down :( He made is way over to union landing and to my knowledge, people got him into petco! The staff cared for my boy, gave him food, and love until animal services came to take my boy to tri city shelter. With out a doubt, I am SOO grateful for the team at petco for looking out for Kruntch. I can't remember who I spoke to on the phone, it was a guy and he was soo nice and gave a description of my dog.
