Dr. Lim is always very patient and thorough during examination and shares opinions on must have vs nice to have treatment options. Their price is also reasonable. Dr. Lim actually cares for the pets' life, asks questions, and researches. Dr. Lim and Dr. Park's thoroughness impressed immensely, noticing dental abnormalities and possible signs of ear infections. They took the time to explain the issues clearly, recommending blood tests and a dental cleaning. The results have been fantastic.
