Pet Boarding Training near Dublin

“My dog got sick Sunday night and I had to take him to the ER in San Leandro. The cost was honestly ridiculously high, and he had to stay overnight. The next morning I was given the option to transfer him for surgery elsewhere, but I only had a few hours to find a clinic that could take him.

I called 4–5 places—either they didn’t offer surgery at their clinic or they were too full to take our case. Thankfully, one place referred us to the PetSmart Vet in Dublin, and they were able to take us right away. The cost was much more reasonable (about 3x less than the ER), and most importantly my pup was safe and received great care.

Dr. Park was amazing—so compassionate, calm, and reassuring during a really stressful time. My dog is now in a speedy recovery, and I’m truly grateful for Dr. Park and the whole team. Highly recommend!“

“We recently went on a cruise and had Woof watch our yorkie for 10 days. She is very tiny and just turned one about two weeks ago so I was very concerned about leaving her. I trusted the good reviews on Yelp and boarded her at Woof. I am so glad I trusted the reviews on here. They took such good care of her. They updated me daily with photos so that I could see that she was doing well! They gave her a bath (it's extra but worth it) before I picked her up so she smelled nice and clean. “I've been bringing my pets to Bishop Ranch for almost 10 years. Cats, dogs of all sizes. I do notice a lot of turnover with their staff but the service I get is always superior. Today I brought my 9 month old kitten in to their urgent care clinic because she had been vomiting repeatedly for hours. We were taken back immediately and Elle was examined. The vet was Dr Crisp and she was very friendly and thorough. She gave me the information I needed without talking down to me or leaving out any details. My kitten was assessed and treated and is now home feeling better. I've taken my other cat here when he had an abscess form an entire month after I had adopted him from the shelter. I had brought him first to VEG and they found/drained the abscess but then sent my poor cat home with a gaping, oozing wound on his back and no medication. I brought him to Bishop Ranch the next day and he got the surgery he needed, a drain tube placed and the correct pain meds and antibiotics. He spent two weeks in a cone but he healed very well and is fine now. Again the vet and all staff were very kind courteous and professional. My only complaint is they are often booked out for weeks but that is what happens when you're the best, I suppose. Highly recommend.“

“Susy and Dina are amazing. Our pups love going there: they play all day, get a lot of love and pets and come home happy and tired. They are never locked in a cage like in those "fancy" hotels. It's like home away from home...“

“I took my dog to 5 different Vets for an ear infection and none of them could fix the problem. Went to Sexton 3 times and he couldn't fix it, actually got worse. I called because it was so bad and he told me she's going to have to wait til next week because she was uncooperative, what an anus! Went to the vet if front of Sexton 5 times for just a temporary fix. Thought I would try the Vet across from my shop, BINGO! She fixed it the first time! My daughter took her dog there with a runny eye and he was better in 2 days. I'm glad there is somebody around here that knows what they are doing. And BTW, I started out at Bishop Ranch about 5 times b4 I went elswhere. I think they temporarily fix it so you keep coming back and paying 2 to 300$.“

“This was my first time using a mobile groomer and I cannot believe I hadn’t used one sooner. His last groomer asked that I didn’t bring him back as he was a bad boy while he was getting his nails done. I did inform Paul the owner of the company of this when on the phone and he reassured me that it wouldn’t be a problem. Paul the owner of the company came out to groom my boy Leopold and I must say I was quite nervous as Leopold doesn’t normally warm up to people, men in particular. When I opened the door, you would have thought they had known each other for years. His tail was wagging and Paul knelt down for a bathing of kisses. Paul took the time to go over all my concerns and he took Leo off for his grooming. When they returned Leo’s tail was still wagging and he looked great. His coat has never felt so soft and he smelt great. Paul told me he was a joy to groom and he would be more than happy to come back to groom him anytime. I highly recommend On The Spot Pet Grooming and I could tell Paul really enjoys and knowledgeable about dogs. I did also like that he quoted me a price on the phone and there were no hidden add-ons once he came and took care of Leo. I know Leo has found his lifetime groomer.??“

“I enrolled my very small (4 lb) puppy in the Puppy 1 training class. I’d been through Sirius Puppy Training about 15 years ago and they were great. I was so happy to find their training is still top notch, positive reinforcement, and reward based. I was excited to continue my puppy training with their Puppy 2 Training class. Twice. But in all fairness, I wasn’t as invested in my training efforts outside of class so that’s why I needed to go through it again.
I was very excited to have Leanne Neufeld as my trainer throughout all classes. She must have eyes in the back of her head because she sees EVERYTHING going on and is quick to jump in and help with specific training that each puppy and guardian needed. She makes it look so easy, but she also makes sure you know how to do what she is demonstrating. The Top Dog Academy online videos are extremely helpful and they also do zoom training each week where you can ask questions. I highly recommend Sirius Training. You and your pup won’t be disappointed.“
