“Great martial art gym! They offer muay thai, boxing and jiu-jitsu classes here. The head coach it a former champion with multiple belts. As well as some of the coaches there, so u know they really know what they're teaching. If u seriously want to be a fighter or even just for exercise as they offer fitness classes and strenght and conditioning classes as well. Great fit for anyone and everyone there“

“Been training here for about a year. They teach traditional Kodokan Judo which includes throws, sweeps and grappling (ne-waza). Senseis are friendly, patient and encouraging. 2 classes a week for both kids and adults. Great place to learn and build connections with other judokas.“

“The studio is NOT glamorous but you can see and feel the dedication of the students from there. Younger students are encouraged to try their best and excell in all faucets of their life. Adults in the classes attend to learn and improve skills, all egos are checked at the door. The parking lot does leave alot to be desired. Lines can't be seen very easily and some other patrons of the little shopping strip make up their own parking rules...“
