“Karen was a God’s send for both Bruno and I. Even though she couldn’t board Bruno herself, she went out of her way to make sure both Bruno and myself were in a comfortable situation. I’ll never forget what she did for me and my dog. She is definitely the best in the business and is very sweet & compassionate. After my cat went over the bridge, I was petless until recently when I adopted a lovely male labradoodle. True to the great service I received previously with my cat, they welcomed Doc with great service and many scratches. Still a great vet hospital, and Dr. G is still the best.

I was referred to BVH when my previous vet's office closed, and I couldn't be more pleased. Everything is explained in detail, and the Dr. my cat sees is great with cats. Mine is a brat, but Dr. Gunderson is able to calm her right down. She is thorough and informative, and very interested in the well being of her furry patients. The fact that she has a number of her own cats helps, I'm sure. Very impressed with both the care and the ease with which I can schedule an appointment. Thanks BVH staff.“

One observation I have had is that her staff has been the same for a long while and what that tells me is she is a great owner/boss and has found people that love dogs/cats as much as she does. “The vet was very understanding on Pepes needs and action on his itching needs and bumps on forehead and prescribed special wipes to help with the facial itch and future plans if not succesful. Very happy on points build up to help cover Pepe visit.“

“My rescue dog has trust issues with strangers, so grooming appointments are usually stressful for both of us. The groomer here crouched down first and let him sniff around instead of immediately grabbing the leash. That small moment made a huge difference in how calm he stayed afterward. They avoided using loud dryers near his face and kept the session shorter like I requested. When we got home, he acted normal instead of anxious, which almost never happens after grooming visits.“

“I am a new customer and they chose to give my dog individual playtime for his two day stay. They sent me a daily report telling me how was doing. It sounded like he was having fun! They even included several pictures of him with the staff during his stay.
Overall I think my dog loved his stay here. He will be going again soon while I go on vacation.

But Dayna At Sydnees was able to handle them with no problem whatsoever. It was such relief to have found an excellent groomer also with a very reasonable price. Will definitely return.“
