Our dog has been going there since she was a puppy. She just turned 5 years old. We get all her checks up, etc every year. She just had her dental cleaning.
It is old school veterinary clinic with the old school personal touch. They are invested in your pet's care. Recommended.
I took my cat to all creatures vet for the past year and had good experience:
- They managed to fit in an urgent appointment request quite quickly. When my cat suddenly had repeated vomiting, they got us in for a same-day appointment.
- Doctor Downes is knowledgable and offered us reasonable treatment plans. I was very anxious because my cat was literally vomiting multiple times every single hour, but after looking through X-rays, doctor Downes suggested no further blood work and provided anti-nausea medication, which could save us a few hundred bucks. With the medication, my cat recovered in a few days.

Wonderful staff but I do believe they are understaffed. Had to wait in the parking lot for them to work on my Puppy and it was a very long wait. They come out to your car take your animal go back in and you have to wait for the duration that your animal is there. Luckily it wasn’t anything serious and we were able to go home after a couple hours. I just wish they had more staff here.
