He and Shane provided excellent treatment over just a few sessions, including focused massaging—something many other places skip. Thanks to their expertise, I was race-ready with absolutely no pain.

They also effectively addressed some mild knee pain I was experiencing. Dustin even recommended shoe inserts to improve my stride, which he believes might be the root cause of my issues. What really stood out was how much time they dedicated to my recovery.

“I went to Impact Physical Therapy because my husband went to them after his hip replacement surgery. I worked with Ryan Stuhr, one to one. I needed shoulder surgery and wanted to strengthen my shoulder before the surgery, hoping for a better recovery. Ryan helped me so much I am no longer planning to have the surgery. I am pain free. I couldn't even lift a coffee cup when I started working with him. I have also gone to Ryan for back and knee issues and he has helped me tremendously. At Impact you always work one on one with a therapist and I think it makes a huge difference. I had severe tailbone pain and problems after playing professional volleyball for many years, which had one of cause one of the muscles to spasm over nerves that went through the pelvic floor. Causing severe pain when I was about 30. I could not sit down, only stand and lay down before I discovered them. It was absolutely horrible but thanks to Julie and her caring and knowledgeable team, I was able to get well and was able to fully recover. As with all physical therapy, you have to go consistently do all of the exercises and trust that it’s going to get better. It takes time And you absolutely have to remain positive.
