I had the best PT experience with Dr. Aly at Impact Physical Therapy and Performance and only wish I had gone to her sooner! After disappointing experiences with little to no results at other PT places, I was so happy to be seen by Dr. Aly at Impact. She took her time listening to me and speaking with me about what was going on with my back. She explained things in a comprehensive way that was easy to understand and nothing felt rushed (like it did with other PT's). My rotator issues are literally gone….Kevin has shared several stretches and exercises to not only mitigate rotator cuff issues but also strengthen and improve my thoracic mobility. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Age is only a number. (60)
